In 2004, Dipl. Ing. Architecture Verena Rossenbach and the court-recognized building expert Oliver Girharz founded the “Matrol Engineering and Building Expert Office” based in Llucmajor. In September 2009, the architecture and construction project management office “Matrol Servicios y Peritajes SL” was established in Llucmajor.

We specialize in comprehensive construction project management in high-end residential construction. Whether it’s new construction, renovation, and modernization, or the planning and design of luxury properties, we are your partner in realizing individual and luxurious construction projects of all kinds. With over 100 completed construction and real estate projects in Mallorca and more than 15 years of experience, we are the leading construction project management office on Mallorca.

In addition to our many years of experience in managing construction projects of all kinds in Mallorca, we have also had the opportunity in recent years to manage construction projects for our clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We are also active throughout Spain for our clients, having supervised projects on the Spanish mainland, Ibiza, and the Canary Islands.

Regular training and continuing education measures are an essential part of our internal quality assurance, as are comprehensive and modern measurement and computer technologies, which are part of our standard. Matrol is a member of various professional associations such as the DVP (German Association of Project Managers in the Construction and Real Estate Industry), the ZERT Association (Association of Certified Experts in the European Union), PEJUBA (Judicial Experts in the Balearic Islands), and the AHK (German Chamber of Commerce for Spain).
